TreasuryMonitor ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Moxtech Developers, a software company based in Uganda. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at treasurymonitor.com.

By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 (DPPA) and internationally recognised best practices.

Account data — Your full name, email address, and hashed password, collected when you register.

Portfolio & financial data — Treasury bond and bill records you enter, including ISIN codes, face values, purchase prices, coupon rates, maturity dates, and cashflow schedules. This data belongs to you and is only processed to provide the service.

Usage data — Pages visited, features used, timestamps of actions (e.g. marking a coupon received), and device/browser metadata. Used to improve the product and diagnose issues.

Communication data — Messages you send via our contact form or email.

We do not collect payment card data directly. Any future billing is processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors.

We use your data solely to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the TreasuryMonitor service
• Generate cashflow schedules and portfolio summaries from your holdings
• Send you transactional notifications (coupon reminders, maturity alerts) that you explicitly enable
• Respond to support and contact requests
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently erase your data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records for longer (e.g. for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance).

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you may be retained indefinitely for product analytics.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, row-level security policies on the database, and role-based access controls. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us immediately at info@treasurymonitor.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

TreasuryMonitor allows you to grant other registered users ("delegates") access to your portfolio with specific, limited permissions. Delegates can only access the data you explicitly share. All delegate actions are logged in an audit trail visible to you. You may revoke delegate access at any time.

By granting access to another user, you confirm that you have their consent to share relevant portfolio information with them on this platform.

Under the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019, and where applicable, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing in certain circumstances
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@treasurymonitor.com. We will respond within 21 days.

We use essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from logging in.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and by displaying a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
